Using the platform
Use the platform lawfully and do not submit misleading enquiries or scrape listing data.
Family and referrer use
Searching, comparing and enquiring is free. You are responsible for decisions about which provider to engage.
Provider listings
Providers must keep listing information accurate, including availability and any credential claims, and pay applicable listing fees to remain active.
Liability
The platform is provided on an as-is basis. We are not a party to any service agreement between a family and a provider.
