Transparency about how providers appear here, what labels mean, and what we verify.
Who can be listed
Independent providers and services offering supports relevant to child development in Victoria can activate a listing.
What labels mean
We only show a registration or funding label where the information has been provided and verified as a credential. We never display Thriving Kids Funded or Official Thriving Kids Provider unless independently verified.
Sponsored placements
Paid placements are clearly labelled Sponsored. All other ordering is based on relevance, completeness, availability and response performance.
No fee for families
Families, carers and referrers never pay to search, compare or enquire.
